Ich präsentiere eine Wohnung in einem angenehmen Ort für einen Monat (November, 2016) mieten. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Küche und Wohnraum. Es ist sehr günstig gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe (1 min) und die U-Bahnstation (U6 Längenfeldgasse) ist 8 Minuten entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Fast-Food-Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Ich mag, dass der Mieter halten die Wohnung sauber während dieses einen Monat Aufenthalt.
English:
I present an apartment in a pleasant location for one month (November, 2016) rent. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen and living space. It is very conveniently located. The bus stop is very near (1 min) and the underground station (U6 Längenfeldgasse) is at 8 minute distance. Grocery stores, fast food shops and shopping areas are also nearby.
I like that the tenant keep the apartment clean during this one month stay.
Wenn Sie von der U-Bahnstation (Längenfeldgasse oder Niederhofstrasse) kommen, sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Wenn Sie vom Bahnhof Wien Meidling kommen, können Sie den Bus 59A nehmen und direkt zum "hans mandl berufshule" fahren. Es ist dann 1 Minute entfernt. Sie können auch von anderen Bussen kommen, die Haltestelle ist "hans mandl berufshule"

If coming from underground station (Längenfeldgasse or Niederhofstrasse) it is approximated 10 minutes walk. If coming from the Wien Meidling train station then you can take 59A bus and it will directly drop you at "hans mandl berufshule". It is then 1 minute away. You can come from other buses as well, the stop is "hans mandl berufshule"
