Subletting for winter in Vienna in center a beautiful Attic

We are subletting our apartment for the winter period of time preferably from around 7th November 2023 to beginning of March 2024. Around 4 months period. This is up to a common agreement with the ones who wish to stay. NOTE that we will have to meet you and have common sympathie, as this is our home, we want to rent it only to tidy, trustworthy and reliable people.
It has 2 sleeping rooms, 1 living room , 1 bathroom, and balcony with nice plants.
It’s situated 10 mins walk away from Schwedenplatz and Prater in the 3rd district. It's directly in the center, hence very comfy, silent and cozy especially during the winter.
The living room looks to the South so in the whole afternoon it's very bright and if there is sun, than also enjoyably lit up.
It has a lovely energy, access is possible with an elevator and in the courtyard you can park your bike or the car in front of the building.
Suitable for digital - nomad people/professionals or committed students or for those who come to Vienna to enjoy the winter spirit, the Christmas markets and winter events of the capital.
