A beautiful room to rent

There is a lovely shared room of approximately 30 square metres in Vienna 19. district available from 15th of May (or later) for rent. You would share the room with a very charming boy from Colombia, and share the apartment with a girl from Uruguay, a boy from Brazil and a boy from Germany- all of us equally charming! The room is equipped with everything- huge bed, furniture, etc, and we have a spacious basement to put your stuff. The rent would be 250€ per month, plus 50€ for internet, water, electricity etc. We have rented the apartment until end of September, so we will all move out then at the latest.
The apartment is in first floor, close to stations Oberdöbling and Krottenbachstraße (metro S45, bus 39A and 35A, tramway 38), so you get to U4 Spittelau or U6 Nußdorfer Straße within 10 minutes. BOKU University/Türkenschanzpark is 12 minutes by foot, Kahlenberg and the forests of Lower Austria with beautiful jogging/cycling routes are quite close.
Of course we can speak our mothertongues, but we do everything in English at home, so you should at least speak some. We tend to hang out together, play games or cook and eat together, but of course, we also respect each other’s privacy and don’t force anything on anyone. We’re pretty relaxed people...
