Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
diese Wohnung steht zur Zeit leer und ist als 2er- WG geeignet (auch 3er WG möglich, da noch ein kleines Zimmer zusätzlich vorhanden).
Ich habe bis dahin mit 2 anderen Studenten hier gewohnt und suche nun im Namen meines ehem. Vermieters.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 750€ und Strom/Gas hat uns als 3er WG ca 70€ im Monat gekostet.
Wohnung kann sofort bezogen werden und ist möbliert (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen).
In der Küche befindet sich eine relativ neue Waschmaschine und relativ neuer Kühlschrank.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super (Aumannplatz Straßenbahn 40&41 / Vinzenzgasse Str.bahn 9&42, U6 Währingerstr./Volksoper ist nicht weit entfernt)
Für BOKU Studenten ist diese Wohnung absolut optimal!!!
