- Großzügige 60m² Wohnfläche bieten viel Raum zum Entspannen.

- Ein eigenes Bad mit einer Badewanne und getrenntem WC

- Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Neben den Grundlagen findest du hier auch praktische Geräte wie einen Air Fryer, eine Kaffeemaschine und sogar einen Slow Cooker.

- Für alle, die von zu Hause aus arbeiten, gibt es eine eigene Workstation mit einem Monitor, damit du bequem von Zuhause aus arbeiten kannst

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1200 Euro, und darin sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung).



Um die Wohnung zu sichern, wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 2 Monatsmieten benötigt.
