zentrale, gemütliche 2 Zimmer Dachgeschoss Wohnung nähe Ringpark und Residenz/ cosy 2 room appartment

Suche Nachmieter für meine gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung ab Februar 2017. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten oder Doktoranden, da sie zwischen Innenstadt und Hubland Uni liegt und Buslinien 6,114,214,14 super zu erreichen sind. In der Stadt ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Weiterhin befindet sich die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof und ist daher sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (ca 25 qm) mit 2 Dachschrägen und 2 Fenstern, einem kleinen Zimmer (ca 10 qm), Küche mit E-Herd, großem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle und Bad mit Wanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da überall Dachfenster verbaut wurden.
Die Küche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Regale) und viele der Möbel (Ledercouch und Sessel, Bett 160x200, Klappcouch, Couchtisch, 2-3 Regale, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen), sowie fest installierte Lampen müssten für 500 Euro übernommen werden. Dafür erhällt man eine gemütliche, voll eingerichtete Wohnung ab dem ersten Tag und muss nicht großartig Möbel schleppen.
Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus ist im Mietpreis enthalten.
Für Fahrräder gibt es einen Überdachung direkt neben dem Hauseingang.
Ich zahle im Moment 410 Euro für Miete (350)+Strom+Gas (60)

I am renting my cosy, attick place from first of February 2017. The appartment is centraly located, right behind the Ringpark, 5 minutes walk to residence, minute to the bus stations (6,114,214,14), bakery, Kupsch and post.
It consists of one big bright livingroom (ca 25 qm) and smaller bedroom (ca 10 qm). Both rooms are fully furnished with one big sleeping bed (160x200cm), one sofa bed (140x200), leather couch and sessel, dining table with 4 chairs and plenty of shelves and closets and everything you need!The kitchen is also fully equiped with stove, fridge, toaster, microwave and cabinets. Bathroom has a big window, bathtub and a washing mashine. In every room, there are lights installed into the ceiling. Everything (furniture, fridge, stove, kitchen supplies) should be obtained for a one time fee of 500 euros.
Additional commodity is that the parking spot is right infront of the house. In case you dont need it, you can rent it to someone else. The appartment is localized on the 2nd floor, and even though is quite central, the neighbourhood is piecefull with very nice neighbours.
Bikes can be stored next to the entrance.
Current cost are 410 euro for rent(350)+electricity+gas(60)
