I want to sublet my fully furnished single room apartment in AAL-INN for a period of two months starting from 1st Jan 2024. The apartment has a bed, mattress, study table, chair, kitchen stove and oven, fridge, mirror, cupboard, dining table, etc. provided by the landlord. The apartment is ideal for one person. Washing machine and dryers are available at an extra cost (per use).
The location of the apartment is very convenient with a bus stop 200 meters away with direct connections to the city center and train station. The ZEISS work bus also stops at the same bus stop. A supermarket (REWE) and a Bakery is also less than 50 meters away. Aalen Hochschule is 10 mins away on foot. Parking space can be booked for an extra cost by directly contacting the property management.
The rent is 505 EUR which includes heating, electricity, and WiFi. Additional charges include only the garbage collection fee for which I will charge 15 EUR per month. Hence, the toal rent will be 520 EUR. The deposit is 500 EUR.
My contract is ending on 29th February 2024 and you can also take over the contract on a long-term basis from March.
