Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im 3. OG ist vollständig möbliert mit zwei großen Schränken, einer Couch, einem großen Ess-, bzw. Schreibtisch, einem großen Bett (1.50m Breite auf 2m Länge) und einer tadellos ausgerüsteten Küche mit Abzugshaube. In der Miete enthalten sind sämtliche Strom- wie auch Heizkosten sowie die Internetnutzung.
Im Gebäude selbst befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, deren Nutzung ebenfalls miteinbezogen ist. Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist unterteilt in 3 kleinere "Etagen". Eine kleine private Treppe dient als Korridor und Eingangsbereich, der mittlere Abschnitt stellt das Wohnzimmer und die Küche dar und eine Leiter führt in den Schlafbereich. Das 3. Geschoss ist das oberste und hat somit Dachschrägen, allerdings beträgt die Höhe der Wohnung ca. 8m (somit die Einteilung in 3 Bereiche).

The appartement (3rd floor) is completely furnished including 2 big cupboards, a couch, a big desk and a bed (1.5m width, 2m length). There is also a small kitchen with an exhaust hood. All costs like heating, wifi and electricity are included in the rent.
The building contains a washing machine and a dryer which you can also use without any further costs. The apartment is devided into 3 smaller "areas". The (private) stairs lead into the corridor, the main area contains the living room and the kitchen, and the bed can be reached by the ladder.

Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht die Nutzung nahegelegener öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel (ca 2-3min), wobei alle wichtigen Einrichtungen in Antwerpen sehr leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden können. Supermärkte wie auch das Zentrum der Stadt, das Meir, sind binnen 15 min Fußweg erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof wie auch die Universität begeht man innerhalb 20 min und die Freizeit kann man entweder im großen Stadtpark oder am Flussufer der Schelde (beide nur 10 min entfernt) verbringen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel in einer kleinen Straße (Tolstraat), mit jeglichen kleinen Cafés und Restaurants. Im Gebäude leben noch 4 weitere Mitbewohnerinnen, wobei alle Apartments ebenfalls 1-Zimmer-Wohnungen sind.

The building is in the central of Antwerp so you can easily reach public transportation points within 3 minutes. There are also supermarkets and shopping malls within a range of 1.5 km. The centre, called Meir, the university and the central railway station can be reached within 20 min by walking. There is a park as close as the river Schelde which you can reach within 10 min.
The environment is very safe and quiet, there are plenty of cafès and restaurants and there are only 4 more tenants in the building, all women and everyone having her own flat.

Ich bin ein Mieter dieser Wohnung und suche somit einen Nachmieter ab dem 01.02.2016.
Dieser sollte mindestens 7 Monate in dieser Wohnung bleiben. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Belgier, der fließend englisch spricht und für sämtliche Probleme ansprechbar ist.

I am a tenant and I am looking for another tenant starting to live in Antwerp on February 1st 2016. You should stay in Antwerp for at least 7 months in order to fullfill the landlord's demand. The landlord is a very friendly, open-minded and helfpul Belgian who is able to speak english fluently and who is always reachable for any kind of problems.
