Ich war 5 Jahre Student in Augsburg und muss die Wohnung leider aufgeben weil ich ins Ausland gehe.

Die Wohnung liegt unter anderem für Studenten ideal:
Quasi direkt in der Stadt, Straßenbahn vor der Türe und unglablich ruhig für die zentrale Lage.

Ich wurde immer von meinen Kommilitionen über meinen Glücksgriff beneidet. Ich Bezahle nur ca 230 Euro und das war und ist für die Wohnung unglaublich!

Wohnung hat extra Bad, extra Küche, kleiner Abstellraum, Wohnraum und kleiner Gang...

Ich habe paar dinge die ich mit der weitergabe der Wohnung verkaufen werden.
