(ENGLISH BELOW) Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein 1-Zimmer-Appartment, da ich Berlin verlassen muss.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlaf-/Wohnraum, einem Bad und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Alle wichtigen Möbel wie z.B. Bett, großer Schreibtisch, Schränke, Sitzmöglichkeiten etc. sind vorhanden. Internet und Smart-TV sind in der Miete enthalten. In der kleinen Küche sind zwei Kochplatten, eine Mikrowelle und ein kleines Spülbecken vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich gestaltet.
Es ist ein Badezimmer mit bodengleicher Duschkabine, WC und Waschbecken vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein Waschsalon, in dem man gegen geringe Gebühr Wäsche waschen kann.
Durch die Lage im 1. Stock und den Aufzug im Haus erspart man sich lange Wege.

I am looking for someone to take over my 1-bedroom apartment, as I have to leave Berlin.
The apartment consists of a bedroom/living room, a bathroom and a small storage room. All important furniture like bed, big desk, wardrobes, seats etc. are available. In the small kitchen there are two hotplates, a microwave and a small sink. Internet and smart TV are included in the rent. Overall, the apartment is very bright and friendly design.
There is a bathroom with floor-level shower cabin, toilet and sink. In the house there is a laundromat where you can wash clothes for a small fee.
The flat is located on the 1st floor. An elevator is also available.
(ENGLISH BELOW) Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage zwischen Bahnhof (ca. 200 m) und Flughafen Schönefeld (ca. 7 km) in Berlin-Adlershof. Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe. Zahlreiche Firmenniederlassungen großer Unternehmen befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Im EG des Hauses befinden sich Einzelhandelsflächen mit einem Mix aus einem Restaurant und verschiedenen Läden, wie ein Café, ein Waschsalon, ein Teeladen etc.

The student residence is conveniently located near the S-Bahn station (approx. 200 m) and Schönefeld Airport (approx. 7 km) in Berlin-Adlershof. All stores for daily needs are located in walking distance. Numerous offices of large companies are located in the direct neighborhood. Downstairs of the building you will find a commercial area offering restaurants and various stores, such as a café, a launderette, a tea store, etc.
(ENGLISH BELOW) Die Miete beinhaltet Internet sowie eine Nebenkostenvorauszahlung, die am Ende des Wirtschaftsjahres abgerechnet wird.
Kaution: 3 Monatskaltmieten.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate.
Es werden außerdem eine aktuelle SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) (request now) -Auskunft sowie drei Gehaltsnachweise benötigt.
Zur Miete kommen noch Stromkosten dazu, dies ist selbst zu organisieren.
Die Wohnung wird vorrangig an Studenten, die eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorweisen können, vermietet.
