I will rent out my cozy little apartment in Kreuzberg over the winter, as I will be not in Berlin for that time.
The flat is located on the third floor of the side wing of a classical Kreuzberg Altbau building.
Even though the flat is located in the Hinterhaus, it is located on the top floor of the Hinterhaus and it is facing the south side, so it is very bright and sunny, even in Winter.
The whole flat is 40sqm big and has two rooms in total, one bigger one (22sqm) and one smaller one (11sqm), but I will only rent out the bigger one for the duration of my absence, as I store my personal things in the little room.
So as stated, the usable space in the flat is 30sqm, including the kitchen and the bathroom.
The flat is furnished as you can see and it is available for 4 months, from 15th of November 2023 until 15th of March 2024.
I will need the flat back for myself at the end of the rental period, so an extension is NOT possible.
The total rent for the flat will be 750€ and it includes all bills, so cold rent, furniture, general utilities, heating, internet, GEZ, electricity.

The flat is located on the a quiet side street of the Gneisenaustraße in Kreuzberg Bergmannkiez quarter called Schleiermacherstraße. The area is very green and safe and well connected to the public transportation network in Berlin. There is the U7 subway just a 3 minutes walk away from the house and in 5 minutes walking distance is the Bergmannstraße with a lot of nice restaurants, cafés and little shops to discover.
Just a walk down the street is the Landwehrkanal, which is a great place to hang out in summer.
