I'm renting out my bright 2-room apartment - fully renovated -starting from the 2nd of February to the 8th of March 2024 in a total of 5 weeks. It's a functional and cozy flat in the heart of Friedrichshain, on Revaler Strasse.
The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen utilities, cookware, a warm bathroom floor with a shower door, a washing machine, and a storage room. It is nicely decorated with a cool atmosphere. The neighbourhood as you know is lively, and full of bars, restaurants, and cafes, but also silent inside.
It's a perfect apartment for single stayers or anyone visiting the city in the period.
Only 1 person is allowed, and the whole apartment is for yourself.
I’m looking for reliable people to take care of the place and water my plants while I’m away.
I'm renting it for € 1400 for the 5 weeks, ALL INCLUSIVE, for that entire period + €700 as a deposit.
* € 1400 + € 700 (deposit).
* Anmeldung is NOT possible.
* For 1 tenant only.
* I will not rent for less or more than this period.
* No pets.
* We’ll do video calls to get to know each other.
