Unsere Einzimmerwohnung ist super gut geschnitten, sodass auch zwei Personen hier wohnen können. Von der Eingangstür führt ein kleiner Flur ins separate räumliche Bad und in das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Hier hat man mit dem quadratisch geschnittenen Raum die Möglichkeit sich sehr gemütlich einzurichten. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und durch einen Türrahmen von dem restlichen Raum getrennt. Das Schmuckstück der Wohnung ist der wunderschöne große Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Durch die großen Fenster sind die Zimmer schön hell.
Our one-room flat is super well laid out, so that two people can also live here. From the entrance door, a small hallway leads into the separate bathroom and the living room and bedroom. Here you have the possibility to furnish yourself very comfortably with the square-cut room. The kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the rest of the room by a door frame. The jewel of the flat is the beautiful large balcony with a view of the greenery. The rooms are beautifully bright due to the large windows.
Alt-Hohenschönhausen liegt nordöstlich vom Alexanderplatz, über Lichtenberg. Es fährt direkt vor der Tür die Straßenbahn M5, über den Alexanderplatz (ca. 20 min) und bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die nächste S-Bahn (Landsberger Allee) ist nur 10 min. mit der Tram entfernt. Der Rewe ist nur 3 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann aber genauso gut in der nächsten Straße bei Lidl, Edeka oder dm einkaufen. Außerdem ist der Orankesee- und Oberseepark für einen Spaziergang, Sport oder ein entspanntes Picknick sehr gut geeignet. Hier läuft man ca. 7 min hin.
Alt-Hohenschönhausen is located northeast of Alexanderplatz, above Lichtenberg. The M5 tram runs directly in front of the door, via Alexanderplatz (approx. 20 min) and to the main railway station. The nearest S-Bahn (Landsberger Allee) is only 10 min away by tram. The Rewe supermarket is only a 3 min. walk away. But you can just as easily shop at Lidl, Edeka or dm in the next street. The Orankesee and Oberseepark are also very suitable for a walk, sports or a relaxed picnic. It takes about 7 minutes to walk there.
Die Waschmaschine, der Esstisch und der Kleiderschrank können gerne übernommen werden. Bei Interesse können wir uns auch noch über andere Möbelstücke austauschen.
