My husband and I are leaving Berlin in December and are looking for respectful short-term tenants to take care of our home while we are away. The apartment has a lot of natural light, it is equipped with absolutely everything (kitchen utensils, cleaning tools, etc). And it even has a barbecue set on the balcony. The apartment is very warm, and the area is super quiet. Its a great place to home office during the winter.
There are a lot of nice restaurants around the area, of all types; Mexican, Asian, Italian, German, and more. 2 blocks aways there's a nice small center where you'll find lots of stores and supermarkets; Lidl, Edeka, Karstadt, Rewe.
