We're subletting our flat in Planufer for 2 weeks. It's located in the heart of Kreuzberg right on the beautiful Kanal. Schönleinstraße is 5 minutes walk away and Kottbusser Tor is 10 mins. There are also loads of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets ranging from 0 - 10 minutes walk away (yes there is a restaurant and a cafe right next door!). The flat is on the fourth floor in the Garden building without a lift. It's very sunny and quiet and heats up nicely. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.
Since the rent is for 2 weeks only, I've sent the 'rent per month' at €500. This means you will pay €500 for the 2 week stay.
We found this flat on WG Gesucht a month ago and indented to stay until 15th December. But then our plans changed and we're leaving much earlier. Nothing to do with the apartment and everything to do with flight prices as we're going to England for Christmas. The host knows we are looking for someone to fill these two weeks and you will communicate with him once we've left.
