Hello everybody,
My name is Tommy and I'm leaving my apartment to go away for two months and I would love to have somebody living there while I'm away.
The apartment is located in Biesdorf-Berlin. It takes approximately 20 minutes to go downtown by public transportation. It is a one-room apartment that contains a small kitchenplace and it has its own bathroom as well. The appartment is fully furnished including kitchenutensils. Furthermore, the house itself is a very nice studentshome with alot of different things going on every week.
You have to be a student in order to be able to rent according to the standards of the Berlin-Studentenwerk. The date of moving in and out can be negotiated of course. I am planning to leave Berlin on the 21st of December but I'm flexible for other dates as well.
