Küche/Flur: Spüle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Herd, Küchenmöbel, Regale.
Bad: Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken, Handtuchhalter, Spiegel.
Zimmer: Teppich, großer Kleiderschrank, kleiner Esstisch, 2 Stühle, Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal. Gardinen und Lampen könnt ihr mit übernehmen, wenn ihr möchtet. Die Schrankwand nehme ich jedoch mit. Stattdessen kommt ein Regal (passend zum Kleiderschrank) rein. Die Möbel sind aus Massivholz und in einem guten Zustand.

Corridor/kitchen: insert-sink, fridge with freezing compartment, stove, cupboards.
bathroom: shower, lavatory, toilet, towel rail, mirror.
Living room: red carpet, armoire, dining table with 2 chairs, bed, desk, bookshelf. The white bookshelf on the photo will be replaced by a bookshelf which fits the trunk. All furniture is high quality solid wood furniture.
5 min entferntes Einkaufszentrum. Bis zur S-Bahn brauchst du 10min. Mit der Bahn dauert es dann 23min bis Berlin-Mitte.
Außenanlage:
Basketballplatz, Beachvolleyplatz, mehrere Grillplätze, ein Club und ein riesiger Park mit Liegewiesen gehören zum Wohnheimsanlage. Das ist eigentlich das schönste an der Wohnung, man kann den ganzen Sommer draußen verbringen. Auf dem Basketballplatz/ den Liegewiesen lernt man (wenn man mag) immer Studenten kennen.

A Shopping center is only 5 minutes away. You'll need 10 minutes to S-Bahn and from there 23 minutes to Berlin Central Station.
Outdoor facilities: basketball court, beachvolleyball court, club/pub, several BBQ-areas with grills, park lawns for sunbathing. If you're an outgoing person you'll love this area because you'll always get in contact with new people (if u want to).
Wohnheimanlage: Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller. Fahrradkeller.
Internet: gibt's für 10€, 144MBit/s.
