Ich biete meine sehr helle und schöne 1-Raum-Wohnung zum TAUSCH an. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (3. Etage, ohne Aufzug), hat eine große Terrasse, Fußbodenheizung und eine Einbau-Wohnküche. Eine kleine Kammer als Abstellraum gibt es auch.
Die Anbindung durch den Sbahnhof Biesdorf vor der Tür ist bequem, man ist dadurch zB in 9min am Ostkreuz. Es ist sehr ruhig und grün hier, ein Penny, Bäcker und ein paar Restaurants sind vor der Tür. Der Biesdorfer See ist zu Fuß 10min entfernt und der Schlosspark Biesdorf auch direkt vor der Tür.
Die Miete würde 550€ warm betragen (ohne Erhöhung bei Mieterwechsel).
ICH SUCHE: eine 1- oder 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon innerhalb des Rings mit einer Kaltmiete bis maximal 600€.
