I'm renting my nice, fully-furnished apartment in Charlottemburg. It is a modern, ca. 45m2, 1-Room flat. It has an entrance hallway, with access to the bathroom, the separate kitchen, and a large storage area, and then a large main room with a balcony. It recieves light in the morning through the kitchen and bathroom windows, and in the evening, through the large window in the living area. It is very private since there are no residential houses across the street.

Bed, futon-sofa, wardrobe, cubboard, table with chairs, washing machine and fully-equipped kitchen. Bicycle storage in the basement.

Ich vermiete meine schöne, voll möblierte Wohnung in Charlottenburg. Es ist ein modernes, ca. 45m2, 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Es verfügt über einen Flur mit Zugang zum Badezimmer, der separaten Küche und einem großen Abstellraum sowie einen großen Hauptraum mit Balkon. Es erhält morgens Licht durch die Küchen- und Badezimmerfenster und abends durch das große Fenster im Wohnbereich. Es ist sehr privat, da es auf der anderen Straßenseite keine Wohnhäuser gibt.

Bett, Futonsofa, Kleiderschrank, Schrank, Tisch mit Stühlen, Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche und Fahrradkeller.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet connected part of Charlottemburg. Very close to TU Berlin and the commercial area of WIlmersdorfer Str., with restaurants, shops and all necessary services. Savignyplatz, Charlottenburg Palace, Kantstr. and Kurfürstendamm are within walking distance.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und dennoch angebundenen Teil von Charlottenburg. Ganz in der Nähe der TU Berlin und des Gewerbegebiets Wilmersdorfer Str. mit Restaurants, Geschäften und allen notwendigen Dienstleistungen. Savignyplatz, Schloß Charlottenburg, Kantstr. und Kurfürstendamm sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Maximum of two people. No WG possible (no friends or siblings). Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
*** DATES
- Moving-in flexible between December 1st and 20th. The contract MUST be signed on early December at the latest.
- Minimal duration of contract: ONE YEAR. No short term contract is possible.
- There is possibility of extension, which has to be discussed with the owner.
*** WHAT TO DO

2) How many people would move in and when.
3) Employment contract.
4) Three last payment slips (Lohnsteuerzettel)

6) ID/Passport with Visa/Residence permit.

Maximal zwei Personen. Keine WG möglich (keine Freunde oder Geschwister). Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon.
*** DATEN
- Einzug flexibel zwischen 1. und 20. Dezember. Der Vertrag MUSS spätestens Anfang Dezember unterzeichnet werden.
- Mindestvertragsdauer: EIN JAHR. Es ist kein kurzfristiger Vertrag möglich.
- Es besteht die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung, die mit dem Eigentümer besprochen werden muss.
