Aufgrund meines Auslandsaufenthaltes vermiete ich meine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für 4-6 Monaten in zentraler Lage in Charlottenburg unter.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss im Vorderhaus, aber trotzdem die ist extrem ruhig. Es ist eine schöne, helle Altbauwohnung mit Dielenboden, Stuck, einer Toilette und einer kleinen Douche.
Ich suche von 7. März- 14.März bis Mitte Juli 2015 (oder bis Mitte Dezember) eine/n netten und zuverlässigen Untermieter/in.
Sehr gern auch an wissenschaftliche Hochschulmitarbeiter oder ruhige Berufstätige ;)
Die komplette Miete beträgt 670€, darin ist alles bereits inkludiert: Strom, Heizung, Internet/WLAN.
Die Wohnung misst 48qm und ist möbliert und voll für den entspannten Einzug ausgestattet:
- ein richtiges Bett 180 cm x 200 cm
- zwei Sitzsäcke
- ein Couchtisch
- ein Bücherregal
- eine Kommode
- ein Kleiderschrank
Die Küche ist für den alltäglichen Gebrauch ausgestattet. Die neue Einbau-Küche ist vollumfänglich mit allen Utensilien versehen:
- ein Einbauherd mit Cerankochfeld
- ein Backofen
- eine Dunstabzugshaube
- eine Spülmaschine
- ein Kühlschrank
- eine Waschmaschine mit Trockener,
- Geschirr, Besteck und Wasserkocher.
Es gibt einen Hochtisch mit zwei bequemen Barhockern mit Lehne.

Because of my stay abroad I'm renting my furnished 1-room apartment for 4-6 months in a central location in Charlottenburg.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
This is a nice, bright apartment with wooden floorboards, stucco, a toilet and a small shower.
Available from 7-14 March to mid-July 2015 (or until the mid of Dec). I am looking for a reliable and neat tenant.
Academic university staff or quiet professionals are very wellcome.
The rent is 670 € in total, everything is already included: electricity, heating, Internet / Wi-Fi.
The apartment is 48 sq.m. and it is furnished and equipped for a relaxing life:
- a bed 180 cm x 200 cm
- two seatbags
- a coffee table
- a bookshelf
- a chest of drawers
- a wardrobe
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use.
- An oven with ceramic hob,
- a cooking hood,
- a dishwasher
- a fridge
- a washing machine with dryer,
crockery, plates and dishes, cutlery and kettle.
There is a table with two comfortable bar stools with back.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einem lebendigen Kiez, ist optimal an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden:
2 Minuten zu Fuß ist U-Bahn Ernst-Reuter-Platz (U9)
2 Minuten zu Fuß ist drei Bus-Halteschtelle (X9, M45, 101, 245)
7 Minuten zu Fuß ist U-Bahn Richard-Wagner-Platz(U7)
7 Minuten zu Fuß ist S-Bahn Savigny Platz,
bietet beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaiser, Rewe, Penny, Fußgängerzone Wilmersdorfer Straße, Wochenmarkt auf dem Karl-August-Platz). In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und weitere Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie die Deutsche Oper Berlin, die Schaubühne oder die Staatsoper im Schillertheater, Zoo.

Location is super! Famous Kurfurstendamm, ideal for shopping, is just around the corner, as well as many restaurants and Zoo. Perfect transportation links but quiet street. Also, Ullrich, huge supermarket is in a walking distance, and this shop works till 22.00 even on Sundays. The area is really beautiful, especially in the night and is perfect for exploring Berlin.
Excellent access to public transport:
2 minute walk Subway Ernst-Reuter-Platz (U9)
2 minute walk is three different bus stops (M45, 101, 245 and X9 - Tegel airport Express)
7 minutes walking Subway Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7)
7 minutes walk S-Bahn station Savigny Platz.
Die Wohnung wird für 4-6 Monaten vermietet und kann nach der Absprache verlängert werden.
