I offer a one-room Altbau-apartment with a modern kitchen, bathroom and an electric fireplace as i will be not in Berlin during this period.
The apartment was renovated with lot of love, effort and time in 2022. Therefore, i am searching for a person who is tidy and can treat the apartment with respect :) Smoking and pets are not allowed.
One-person requests will be preferred.
The price is EUR 1390 for a month plus deposit EUR 500. Electricity costs are included. Please let me know if your dates are slightly different from the set period - i am flexible regarding the exact dates.

Please note that Wifi connection might be unstable (sufficient for entertainment but not sufficient for e.g. video calls) [I am current trying to solve this matter with O2 but it is not that easy]
