Da ich Berlin für ca. 2 Monate verlasse, würde ich für diesen Zeitraum meine schöne Wohnung um die Ecke vom Ku'Damm vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist großzügig, hell und hat mit einem 1,60m Bett, Smart TV, einem großen Sofa alles, was man braucht! Außerdem ist der Balkon recht groß mit freier Sicht.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Spüle, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und allem was man an Küchengeräten und Geschirr brauchen kann.
Das Bad ist klein aber fein. Badewanne ist da und Waschmaschine kann natürlich auch genutzt werden.
Ich mache die Kleiderstange und zwei große Kommoden vorher leer, sodass genug Stauraum verfügbar ist.
Bei Fragen bitte einfach melden, Besichtigung ist auch kein Problem!

The room is spacious, bright and has everything you need with a 1.60m bed, Smart TV, a large sofa! In addition, the balcony is quite large with unobstructed view.
The kitchen is equipped with sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you need kitchen utensils and dishes.
The bathroom is small but nice. Bathtub is there and washing machine can be used of course.
I make the clothes rail and two large chests of drawers empty before, so that enough storage space is available.

2 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Augsburger Straße, 6 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Kurfürstendamm. In 5 Minuten mitten am Ku'Damm.
Die Straße/Gegend ist voller netter Restaurants und Bäcker, Netto in 2 min zu erreichen.

The street/area is full of nice restaurants and bakery, Netto in 2 min to reach.
