Your brand new furnished apartment comes with new wood flooring, new queen-size bed, couch and chairs, bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony.
The area is very clean, very save and very quiet. The place has several super markets, drugstores, restaurants and a few bars in walking distance (2-4 min). Also you'll find doctors and everything else you might need close by.
HTW and other Universities are very close and easy to access.
The place has a min 3 months rent period, preferably longer.
All bills are included, except internet and electricity (approx 30€).
You need to register with the local authorities when moving in (Meldeamt / Anmeldung) which is only 10 min away.

The apartment has perfect access to Ubahn (U5 which works 24/7) / only 3 min walk from the place and only 3 stops to the busy 'kiez' live of Friedrichshain and 15min to Alexanderplatz. You can get S-Bahn to all over Berlin, Tram and Busses with direct links to Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
The rent includes all bills, heating, water, but not internet and electricity (approx 30€). you are paying the electricity directly to the supplier- the same with internet. However, this wont cause much additional work or cost for you...
All you need to do is move in and enjoy beautiful Berlin in spring!
