Heyhey,
Ich bin im August für ca. 4 Wochen im Ausland und möchte daher meine gemütliche 1-Zimmerwohnung (ca. 36 m2) in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg ab dem 01.08. bis ca. 29.08.2022 an eine Person (leider keine Paare) vermieten. Das Rückreisedatum können wir besprechen, evtl. ist auch der 31.08. möglich :)
Die sanierte Altbauwohnung liegt im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus und besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit Holzdielen und Balkon, einem Bad mit Badewanne und einer Küche.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, d.h. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Küchenutensilien etc ist alles vorhanden.
Warschauerstraße (S- und U-Bahn) und Ostkreuz (Ringbahn) sind in Laufnähe. Es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Nähe.
Am Besten du kommst einfach vorbei und schaust dir die Wohnung an:)
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 650 Euro und es wird einen Unter/Zwischenmietvertrag geben.
Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro.
Ich suche jemanden, der behutsam mit meinen Sachen umgeht. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon und bitte keine Parties/Afterhours in der Wohnung. Bau in deiner Nachricht das Wort Katze ein, damit ich weiß, dass du den Text gelesen hast.

Heyhey,
I am abroad in August for about 4 weeks and therefore subletting my cozy 1-bedroom apartment (about 36 m2) in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg from 01.08. until the 29.08.2022 to one person (unfortunately no couples). We can discuss the return date, e.g. 31.08. might be also possible :)
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the back building and consists of a large room with wooden floorboards and balcony, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen.
The apartment is fully equipped, ie washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils etc is all available.
Warschauerstraße (S- and U-Bahn) and Ostkreuz (Ringbahn) are within walking distance. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs nearby.
The rent is 650 euros in total and there will be a sub/interim lease.
The deposit is 300 euros.
Smoking only on the balcony and please no parties/afterhours in the apartment. Please include the word cat in your message so I know that you read the text.
