I offer you my cozy and very quiet 1 bedroom apartment in the middle of Berlin Friedrichshain.
My contract ends at the end of 2019 and I’m looking for someone to start a new lease on 01.01.2020 and take over the existing furniture. There is also the possibility of moving in on 20.12.2019.
The apartment is completely furnished (wardrobe, table, chairs, cabinets, shelves, curtains, new mattress etc) with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, new fridge). Taking over the lease would mean buying the furniture as well.
The stated rent is my current cold rent and it may vary slightly for the new contract.

Ich biete meine gemütliche und sehr ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mitten in Berlin Friedrichshain.
Mein Vertrag endet Ende 2019 und ich suche jemanden, der am 01.01.2020 einen neuen Hauptmietvertrag abschließt und die vorhandenen Möbeln übernimmt. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, am 20.12.2019 einzuziehen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stühle, Schränke, Regale, Vorhänge, neue Matratze etc.) mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, neuer Kühlschrank). Die Übernahme des Mietvertrags würde auch den Kauf der Möbel mit sich bringen.
Die angegebene Höhe der Miete entspricht meinem jetztigen Mietvertrag und könnte beim Schliessen des neuen Vertrags leicht abweichen.
Die noetigen Unterlagen sind: Schufa (solicitar ahora) , letzte 3 Einkommensnachweise, Ausweis, Mietschuldenfreiheit. Bitte fügen Sie diese Ihrer Anfrage bei.
