I am traveling from November to April, so I want to rent my flat. I am really open to dates.
The studio is really well connected. Tube station in the main door of the building (Weberwiese U5) and Tram M10 nearby, so you are conected to Prenzlauerberg, Kreuzberg and Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes.
It also has the most beautiful light you can get in Berlin because is facing south. You have also Balcony with green views over a park.
Is a warm studio with Central Heating. Really calm and quiet, perfect if you going to be working at home, but you get supermarkets and shops around ( 100 meters).
Separated kitchen full equipped.
Toilet with mirror, and shower
Kitchen and Toilet have their own window so is always well ventilated.
Washing -maching
Internet WIFI
Queen size bed almost new.
Some shelves, chairs, lamps, and two tables.
You have everything you need.
Is small but cozy, as you can see in the pictures, but if you need some more pictures or more information don´t hesitated and contact me.
