Teilmöbilierte 2-Zimmer Whg in Friedrichshain von Januar bis Mitte März

hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete meine teilmöbilierte 2 - zimmerwhg. ( großes bett, regal und kommode im schlafzimmer; großen tisch und couch im wohnzimmer und tisch, spüle, etc in Küche) für 2 oder mehr monate unter.
die wohnung liegt im herzen von f'hain, nähe ostkreuz und warschauerstr.
internet flatrate und w-lan gibts, sowie ne waschmaschine im bad.
der zeitraum kann auch flexibel + / - nen paar tage gestaltet werden.
in der whg darf geraucht werden... bars, clubs, u-bahn, tram, s-bahn und einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die ecke.
bei interesse melden und dann alles weitere.

i subleasing my 2 room appartment (sleeping room has a big bed, a rack and a commode; living room has a big table and a couch and the kitchen has table and kitchen stuff)
the appartment is in the heart of friedrichshain, near ostkreuz and warschauerstr.
there is a i-net flat, wifi and a clothes washer in the bathroom.
the rental period is flexible + / - a few days.
it is possible to smoke in the appartment...
you can find nearby bars, clubs, all kind of public transport and close markets to by food.
if u r interested feel free to ask. we can check details further on...

(for those who already wrote an email, please write again, when u are still interested, although the dates changed a little and i don't know if this fits for you... i wasn't in berlin and didn't had internet access...)
