Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Seitenflügel eines renovierten Altbaus in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Tram Scharnweberstraße ist direkt gegenüber, Rinbahn und U5 Frankfurter Allee in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz.
Die Wohnung selbst hat 30m² mit 1 Zimmer, separater Küche, Bad und Flur. Hochwertiges Laminat. Sie ist voll möbliert, größtenteils IKEA mit individuellem Touch: Großer Schreibtisch (1,5*1m), Doppelbett (2*1,4m), Sofa, Tisch, 2 Regale, Kleiderschrank + Bettkästen. Waschmaschine im Bad.
Die Miete beträgt 350€/Monat für alles inklusive Heizung, Strom und Internet.
Besichtigung ist am Samstag, den 7.1.2012. Bitte schreibt nur, wenn ihr da auch wirklich könnt und ihr die vollen drei Monate mieten wollt.

I sublet my apartment from January 15th until April 15th because I'm going to Sweden for my studies.
The apartment is quiet and in a nice area near Simon-Dach/Warschauer Straße. The Tram Scharnweberstrasse is right across the street and the Ringbahn and U5 Frankfurter Allee 5 minutes away.
The apartment has 30m², 1 living room and a separate kitchen and bathroom. It's fully equipped with big bed, a big desk, couch, table, shelves, wardrobe and a washing machine.
The rent is 350€/month for everything, including heating, electricity and Internet.
You can visit the apartment on Saturday, January 7th. Please write only if you're available the 7th and if you plan on staying the whole 3 months.
