Möblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung, perfekte Lage

ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für meine möblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten OG. In dem Zimmer gibt es großen Doppelbett, Schrank, großen Schreibtisch, Couch, TV, Kommode, DSL Anschluss. In der Küche steht ein Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen,Kühlschrank,außerdem ist alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Kettle, Küchenutensilien).Das Bad ist mit WC und Dusche ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.

U+S Frankfurter Allee ist 6 Minuten entfernt.

Es ist ruhig hier aber es ist in der Nähe von Berlin-Nightlife. Außerdem gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: BioCompany, Netto, Ringcenter (grosses Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedene Geschäfte und Real, Kaiser's, Aldi).
Für alle Möbel und Fahrrad möchte ich 450 Euro haben.

Hellooo,

I am leaving my 1 room apartment and looking for a subtenant. The apartment is in the first floor. There is a big double bed, wardrobe, commode, a big table with a proper chair, couch, TV and DSL port. In the kitchen there is a dining table with 2 chairs, refrigerator, and everything one needs for cooking (incl. coffee machine, cattle, kitchen utensils). There is shower, WC and washing machine in the bathroom.

U+S Frankfurter Allee is 6 minutes away from the house door.

It is a quiet place but very close to Berlin nightlife, Simon Dach strasse is in the walking distance. There are very good shopping possibilities, BioCompany, Netto as well as Ringcenter (a big shopping mall with various shops and Real, Aldi, Kaiser’s)
For all the furniture and the bicycle I would like to have 450 euro.
