-kleine unsanierte Altbauwohnung Nähe Simon-Dach-Str. Die Warmmiete inkl. NK z.Zt. 200,- EUR + Gas und Strom ca. 30,- also gesamt ca. 230,- EUR.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Kehlerabteil für Kohlen.

- verkehrsgünstig gelegen (U Samariterstr.)
- ruhig da Hinterhoflage, trotzdem sehr hell (4. OG)
- abgeschliffene Dielen im Zimmer, PVC in der Küche, Laminat in Flur und Bad
-nette Nachbarschaft, Haustiere erlaubt
- zur Ausstattung der Küche gehört eine Spüle (sehr häßlich aber inkl.) und bei Bedarf ein alter aber funktionstüchtiger Kühlschrank.

Bitte beachten: es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit OFENHEIZUNG! In der Küche befindet sich außerdem eine kleine Gasheizung. Gegen Abstand auf VB ist eine halbe Tonne Kohlen zu übernehmen, die noch mind. für einen Winter reichen.
Bitte beachten, dass die Wohnung sehr einfach ausgestattet ist!!! Eignet sich auch gut als Atelier o.Ä.
