Moderne und frisch renovierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit komfortabler Küche und neuem Bad (Dusche/WC). Der gemütliche Dielenboden und die hohen weißen Altbaudecken geben der Wohnung eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre. Macht euch eine schöne Zeit mit kleiner Essecke, Arbeitsbereich und großzügigem Doppelbett.
Das ganze ist natürlich voll möbliert, Küche und Bad bieten euch alles was ihr braucht. Ideal für Paare oder Freundes-Pärchen.

Entdeckt die unzähligen Bars, Clubs und Restaurant direkt um die Ecke und genießt den urbanen und lebendigen Kiez "Simon-Dach". Sehr gute Bahnanbindungen (U-, S-Bahn und Tram) bringen euch in den restlichen Teil der Stadt. Verhungern müsst ihr auch nicht - wenn ihr Lust zum Koche habt, sind Kaisers, ALDI und Rewe fußläufig erreichbar.

You are looking for a cosy and cute apartment to stay? Welcome in my modern and freshly renovated apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain. You will find a comfortable kitchen to cook and enjoy your morning coffee, a new bathroom, a place to work on your business plan and at least but not last a huge cosy double bed.
You will not have any trouble to find bars, clubs and restaurants, because it is all in front of your door. If you need help, do not be shy to ask me for advice! I am a student and know the best places for delicious pizza, vegan food, cakes...
Buses, Tram and Metro are all close and easy to catch. So you can easily run to Alexanderplatz, central station, Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg.
If you like to cook, there are also plenty of supermarkets just around the corner.
