Mit öffentlichen gut erreichbar (s-bhf storkower str ca 8 min,ubhf samariterstr ca. 10mins, verschiedene trams). Diverse Supermärkte, Drogerien, Apotheken in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kleine Läden, Cafés, Bars, Späties etc etc.. Friedrichshain halt ;)
Hinterhof also recht ruhig aber dafür nicht sehr sonnig.
30qm:
Zimmer mit französischem "Balkon", schönem mittelmeer-Wandgemälde. Küche mit Gasherd u Spühle.
kleines Duschbad.
Alles durch den länglichen Flur verbunden.
Klospülung muss noch von der Hausverwaltung repariert werden - weiß nicht wann sie das machen.
Renovierungsbedürftig aber mit neuen Fenstern.
Zahle 33€ für Strom aber das war zu hoch bemessen und 11€ Für Gas
Haustiere nach Vereinbarung.

1room-flat to rent in Friedrichshain! Many cafes, supermarkets, bars, familliar stores etc in the near. Flat is easy too reach with trains and trams. It is in the backyard so its quite but not so sunny. coocking with gas, heating with electrisity. Very popular area. Needs renovation but the windows are quite new.
