ich möchte meine Wohnung für etwas mehr als eine Woche untervermieten, vom 07.03. bis zum 15.03.2017.
Die Wohung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Internet, Balkon, Badewanne etc...
Die Gegend und das Haus sind ruhig und entspannt, an der Ecke gibt es neben einem Späti auch Pizza, Burger und eine wunderbare Bar.
Die Wohnung ist maximal für 2 Personen ausgelegt, es gibt ein Bett.
Ihr könnt euch die Wohnung vorher gerne anschauen kommen oder wir machen das per Email/Telefon.
Auf jeden Fall möchte ich eine Kaution haben, die ihr selbstverständlich wiederbekommt wenn die Wohnung wieder so verlassen wird, wie sie übergeben wurde.
Die Nachbarschaft ist eher entspannt, viele im Haus haben Kinder. Um die Ecke ist eine Bar, Burger Laden, Späti und ein kleiner Bioladen. Die Tram M10 ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, S-Bahn-Ring Station Landsberger Allee in ca 8 min
Ich würde mich freuen wenn ihr meine Pflanzen gießen könntet in den Tagen.
