Sunny Flat with 2 balkonies! Directly at Ostkreuz!

Hello there,

I'll be gone for 12 days, so i'm subletting my nice flat at Ostkreuz.

The flat with kitchen and bathroom has two beautiful sunny bedrooms with a balcony each, they look out over the roofs and a park right in front of the house.
plank flooring, elevator (4th floor), internet, dishwasher and washing machine.
My flat is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, couch, wardrobe, sound system.
Up to three people can stay during the time I am gone (NOTE: Please let me know in advance how many
people are going to come! The price set above for one week is for one person only (+1 person = +5€ per day)).

The very cool thing about the location of the flat is that you are at the train station Ostkreuz
in literally 30 seconds, also there is a lot going on in Friedrichshain at night (bars, clubs, ...)

Hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete hier meine Wohnung am Ostkreuz, da ich für 12 Tage verreise.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Räumen (jeweils mit Balkon), eigenem Bad sowie Küche.
Von den 2 Balkonen hat man einen super Ausblick auf den Annemirl-Bauer-Platz, der sich direkt vor dem Haus befindet. Außerdem haben die Räume schöne Dielen, es gibt Aufzug (4. Etage), WLAN, Spül- und Waschmaschine.
Die Räume sind komplett ausgestattet mit großem Bett, Schreibtisch, 2x Sofa, Kommode, Soundsystem.
Bis zu 3 Personen können die Tage über bleiben, der oben angegebene Preis bezieht sich allerdings auf nur eine Person (+1 Person = +5€ pro Tag).

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist allerdings ihre Lage: Man ist in wirklich nur 30 Sekunden am S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz, von dort ist man schnell überall. Und wie bekannt, hat Friedrichshain bei Nacht einiges
zu bieten (Bars, Clubs, usw).
