The appartment:
The apartment has beautiful old Berlin floorboards, high ceilings, a bathroom with a window, dishwasher, washing machine and is fully furnished with everything you need (bed linen, crockery, coffee machine etc. are available).
There is also a sofa bed for visitors. The apartment is perfect for newcomers to Berlin. Not suitable for shared flats, smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Also, this flat is only suitable for singles. No WG, no families, no couples.
The apartment is very quiet due to the location in the backyard.

Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat schöne alte Berliner Dielen, hohe Decken, ein Bad mit Fenster, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und ist voll möbliert mit allem was man braucht (Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine etc. sind vorhanden)
Eine Schlafcouch für Besucher gibt es ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für alle, die neu nach Berlin kommen. Nicht WG-geeignet, Rauchen und Haustiere sind in der Wohnung leider nicht erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist zudem ideal für Singles. Bitte keine Anfragen für WGs, Familien, Paare.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig durch die Lage im Hinterhof.

Meine gemütliche Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Treptower Park und zur Spree. Die Rummelsburger Bucht liegt gleich um die Ecke. Perfekt für einen Spaziergang oder eine Jogging-Runde.
Eine Bar gibt es direkt im Nachbarhaus, 3 verschiedene Supermärkte erreicht ihr in 5 Gehminuten zu Fuß. Die S-Bahn (Treptower Park und Ostkreuz mit Anbindung an die Ringbahn, Regionalverkehr sowie S 3, 5, 7, 75 usw.) ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Diverse Clubs wie Zur wilden Renate, About Blank, Chalet und viele Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist Du in 10 Minuten in Kreuzberg und in 5 Minuten im Herzen von Friedrichshain.
