you would like to spend Christmas and/or New Years in Berlin?

I will be gone for the last two weeks end of december and for this time, my super comfortable sleeping couch is available for 2 People.
Please send me message, if you are interested. Telling me which dates you would like to stay. Preferably I would like someone to rent it for the whole 2 weeks. But 5 nights is MINIMUM.

My 2-room apartment is located in a quiet street on the 2nd floor. The house has no elevator. I only rent my living room. I'll lock my bedroom. From the big window you look into the large indoor area with many trees and small garden (east direction). The living room can be completely darkened with a blind. On the large pallet bed (which can be used as a couch during the day) you will have a good sleep. It consists of 2 comfort foam matresses and is in total 180x200m big.
Ideal for couples, but also friends. The kitchen provides everything to prepare food and cook: Pots, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, various ways to cook coffee. Plates, cups etc ...
I can provide towels if necessary.
Of course, I expect all items to be handled with care and attention.
