I am renting out my lovely 1 bedroom apartment from Dec 7 to Dec 31 2023, possible extension in January may be possible.
The flat is located in the courtyard, so very peaceful, with a lot of sunshine during the day. The flat is fully furnished with all (electricity, water, heating, gas and internet) bills included in the listed price. The main living area has a double bed and a 3 seater couch which converts into a sleeper couch, office area and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots, glasses, gas stove and fridge. There is also a relatively big bathroom with a washing machine.
I am looking for a kind, reliable and clean person for this lease. As such, please bring your last 3 paylips, a copy of your passport to the viewing appointment.

The flat is on a beautiful clean street with a Spaeti next door and a nice park right in front of the flat. It’s also very central (between Warschauer strasse and Shlessis tor) with several transport connections such as S& U Warschauer Strasse, M10 Tram, U Schlessis Tor, S Ostkreuz and S Treptow Park all within walking distance. There are two bakeries on the street and Lidl is less than five minutes away walking distance. Finally, the East side mall (where there are several other stores including Rewe and DM) is also within a short walking distance.
Ideally, I would like to rent this out to a single person. If you're a couple I am willing to consider you but will have to slightly increase the rate to cover additional usage of energy, water and electricity. Students are also welcome to contact me but please keep in mind I need proof of financial stability in the form of Schufa (solicitar ahora) or last 3 pay slips. A copy of your passport is also required to lease out the flat.
