Hallo, ich möchte nächstes Jahr zurück nach Frankfurt, deshalb würde ich gerne mit jemandem tauschen, der nach Berlin zieht. umzugsdatum ist flexibel ab 15. März.2019
Meine Wohnung ist super schön und günstig. Die Miete wird gegebenenfalls erhöht, aber nicht viel. Sanierter Aktbau, neue Heizung und Fenster, Dieleboden, massives Hochbett aus Holz, 1 Zimmer mit separater Küche und kleinem Bad mit Dusche. ich würde nur gegen eine helle Wohnung (mit Balkon oä.) tauschen!
Bitte nur melden, wenn ihr ein Gegenangebot habt, da ich privat schon genug Leute habe, die die Wohnung gerne hätten!
