Es handelt sich um eine sehr helle und sehr großzügig geschnittene Einraumwohnung mit großem Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Warschauer Straße und ist somit nicht ganz ruhig, aber sie hat ziemlich effektive Schallschutzfester. Doll fand ich immer den freien Blick Richtung Kreuzberg.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist natürlich unschlagbar.
Sonst noch: In den Nebenkosten sind die Heizkosten mit drin, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, einen begrünten Hof, auf dem sich nett feiern lässt, nette und tolerante Nachbarn, das Haus wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit geschmackvoll saniert...
Da ich in den nächsten Tagen nach Hamburg ziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter.
