- Walking distance to public transportation (7 min walk to U5 Samariterstr. as well as S-bahn station Frankfurter Allee) and local entertainments (15 min walk to Simon Dach and Boxhagenerplatz)
- The room is on the third floor facing the court yard (three are 3 huge windows so lots of sun coming in during the day)
- The flat has been renovated so modern and clean, equipped with einbauküche (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge), parkett, Badebanne, Central Heizung

Here are requirements:

- PERMANENT JOB CONTRACT
- Non-smoker
- no pet allowed
- Reliable, clean, quiet
