Cozy one room apartment in a very central location.
I am searching for someone to become the new tenant, since I am leaving Berlin. You would sign a contract with the real estate company and you would be the official and only tenant. The contract is not time limited.

Available from: September.
The apartment is 30 square meters.

Costs:
1. The apartment comes with furniture and a newly built-in kitchen, that needs to be bought for 1550€;
2. The full rent is 480€ (includes warm water, heating and the costs for property management)
3. Deposit: 744€

Requirements and documents for the tenants:
1. The last 3 payslips, that need to show an income of above 1500 netto; not an employee in their probing phase; not with a time limited contract; Bürgschaften are currently not accepted;
2. Mietschuldenfreiheit;
3. Schufa (solicitar ahora) ;
4. two more documents from the real estate agency that will be sent per mail.
