Hi there, I am renting out my lovely Flat 6 min away from Boxhangere Platz. The flat is located on the 2 Floor in the Backyard in a very calm and friendly building.
The Flat is 36 m2, has a big bathroom with a washing machine, a cute small kitchen, a big living room and a small open "room" with a double bed and a desk. The flat has a top projector and record player to enjoy some nice music and films.
I am looking for someone who is very clean, calm and respectful to the flat and neighbours. I am more keen on renting out to women but I am open to anyone who I think can be a great person to take over my flat for this short amount of time.
Also potentially can swap but with a flat in Paris (in case someone from there is looking)
Located 5 min. from Boxhagener Platz, in a very cute street close to many cafes, restaurants, vintage & flower shops.
3 min walk to Ubahn Samariterstr., 8min. to Frankfurter Allee with Bahn & trams.
There is an Edeka around a corner and Lidl nearby, also a Spati that is always open on the street.
There is a 600euro of deposit to be paid in case of any damages when I'm back, and will be fully refunded when everything alright 2 days after I check my flat, which we can have signed in a basic agreement, for both parties to feel secured :)
