1-Zi. Wohnung in Friedrichshain zur Zwischenmiete

Hi zusammen,

Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im schönen Friedrichshain von April bis einschließlich Juni. Voll möbliert natürlich und mit genügend Stauraum für die eigenen Sachen.
Das Zimmer ist schön groß mit drei riesigen Fenstern durch die die Nachmittagssonne reinscheint. Die Küche folgt ums Eck und am kleinen Flur liegt das geräumige Bad mit Badewanne.

Eine ideale Unterkunft für eine schöne Frühlingszeit in Berlin und dazu noch sehr gut angelegen an Ringbahn, U-Bahn (U5) und Tramstation (21/M10).

Die Miete beträgt 615€ plus Nebenkosten von momentan 142€. Internet ist inklusive. Ich würde eine Kaution von nochmals 500€ beanschlagen, die es hinterher zurück gibt.

Anmeldung für den kurzen Zeitraum ist leider nicht möglich.

Hey!

I rent my 1-bedroom apartment in beautiful Friedrichshain from April to end of June. Fully furnished of course and with enough storage space for your own things.
The room is spacious with three huge windows through which the afternoon sun shines in. The kitchen is around the corner and down the small hallway is the big bathroom with bathtub.

An ideal accommodation for a nice spring time in Berlin and also very well located at Ringbahn, U-Bahn (U5) and Tram station (21/M10).

The rent is 615€ plus electricity and gas of currently 142€. Internet is included. I would charge a deposit of another 500€, which will be returned afterwards.

Registration is not possible.
