Renting out my 55m2, 1 bedroom, fully furnished apartment in Friedrichshain from 15th December until 1st February!
Great location, 2 minute walk to Boxhagener Platz and 5 minute walk to Warschauer S+U Bahn station so lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby! Simon Dach str. is less than 1 minute walk away and you can easily get to Treptower Park within a 20 minute walk.
Equipped with an electronic standing desk for a nice home office set up, large queen sized bed, nice big bath tub, popcorn machine for cosy winter movie nights, and all usual amenities (towels, fresh sheets, kitchen utensils etc.).
Renting out to someone responsible who can take care of my plant babies and will keep the space nice and tidy.
There's a good chance the contract will be extended to longterm, I want to first see if everything works until 1st Feb and would extend from then to unlimited.
1000 Euros a month warm including internet and gas (I pay 1050 each month so that would be the full price longer term if you want to take it over after January).
Friedrichshain is a young hip area to live in Berlin.
There are many great bars, restaurants, clubs, cafes, parks etc. nearby and on a cheaper budget than Mitte or Prenzlauerberg.
I can give you lots of tips for this area :)
