The kitchen is spacious with one large window. It has a fridge, a washing machine, a gas stove, a table, some plants and many many storing options. You will also find a digital piano and an electric guitar, that you can play on.
The bathroom is a very narrow corridor and consists of a bathroom sink with a mirror, a toilet and a shower tub. Hot water is heated by an electric boiler and gets hot instantaneously.
The largest room is the bedroom/livingroom. It has a large vintage wooden cabinet that you can use, 2 large windows, a cosy sofa, a double bed with a comfortable mattress and some bookshelfs. You can also use a soundsystem and a projector and an acoustic guitar.
The kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom/livingroom is connected by a wide hallway. The bedroom/livingroom and the hallway have wooden floor, the kitchen and the bathroom have linoleum floor.
The apartment is on the 3th floor, and gets bright during the whole day.
The internet is very fast 500mbit from deutsche telekom.
The building is at the corner of Boxhagener Str and Gärtner Str. Many restaurants are at very close distance (2minutes walk). Hako Ramen, Vegan Living 1990, La Famiglia, Hang Me, Il Ritrovo etc.
Boxhagener Platz with the famous flea market is just in 2minutes walking distance.
The closest Ubahn is the U5 Samariter Strasse (5min walk). You also have good connection to M21 (1min walk) and M10 trams (8min walk), and to the bus 240 (2min walk).
There are many small shops, artistic cinemas, leftwing house projects, bars, craft beer places in this kiez. Most of the famous clubs of the city are in convenient distance from this apartment.
Ideally you should take the apartment for full 3 months from January 18th to April 18th. If this is not possible, then of course you will pay less than the full month price. The price includes everything: heating, electricity, internet, water. I will ask you for on month of deposit.
