NACHMIETER - NEW TENANT gesucht (JUST FOR STUDENTS)

I am looking for a new tenant for my student-apartment.

The building is only renting to students, meaning YOU HAVE TO BE STUDYING IN BERLIN
(Bachelor/Ausbilgung/Master)

Kaltmiete: 640€

(You have to look for your own electricity provider, usually I was paying 25€ for electricity and 12€ for the internet. Meaning, my “Warmmiete” is monthly: 677€

Available from: 01.08

When I got the apartment it came without furniture. So I had to buy everything a student needs and I want to look for a new student-tenant that can also take the furniture (this is NON NEGOTIABLE).

I bought all the furniture in October 2022, and I was barely living there, as I live between Frankfurt/Berlin, meaning all this furniture is in good conditions.

For the furniture I ask for 500€

You will get:
Bed
Mattress
2 x “Bettkasten” (under the bed)
Mirror
Wandregal
Gardenrobenständer
Extendable desk
1 x Kapp Chair
1 x Desk chair (I don’t have a picture of this chair, as I got it 3 months ago. At the last picture, you will see a similar one)
2 x white “Kasten” (bathroom)
1 x Trash Can white (bathroom)

If needed, I could give this for free:
cutlery/plates

(Bed sheets, pillow, duvet and towels I will take with me)
