Hi, we are Sofia and Jose and we're looking for a person or couple who would like to rent our apartment for 2,5 months.
Apartment:
- Big main room that serves as a living room and bedroom.
- Kitchen and badroom are both located in different rooms.
-Entrace and corridor with a big wardrobe.
-Small balcony with enough room for 2 chairs and a table.
- The apartment is located in a quiet residential area.
- 7min walk from ring bahn Halensee
- Several bus lines also drive by
- Rewe to go, regular rewe, edeka and Rossmann all within a 12min walk distance.
- It gets a lot of light during the day and is very well isolated from the outside noise and the cold
- Ideal for 1 person or couple
- Fully furnished
- Double bed plus pillows and linens
- Sofa and TV
- Kitchen is fully equiped (no oven or dishwasher though)
- There's no washing machine inside the apartment. There is a laundry room located in the basement which requires you to pay in order to use it.
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is only allowed in the balcony
- Unfortunately Anmeldung isn't possible
