A live work studio located in alt-hohenschonehausen. It´s a renovated factory, originally used by the Stasi to produce spy equipment (its the building from `The Lives of Others´.
A 20 minute tram to Alexander Platz on the M5 or M6. Across the street is a Lidl and little mall.
Perfect for someone who came here to create without distraction and the high cost of paying for both an apartment AND a working studio. The tram runs 24 hours, so partying late and getting home is no problem!
Idea for artists! 4m high ceilings. 4 big windows. Furnished with bed, wardrobe, kitchenette, table and chairs, fridge, etc. Shared showers on the first floor.
Many other artists and a gallery in the building, too.
I´ll be gone for 3 months, returning in beginning of March.
I require 2 months Caution (damage deposit).

Ein Live-Studio arbeiten in Alt-hohenschonehausen entfernt. Es ist ein renoviertes Fabrik, die ursprünglich von der Stasi benutzt, um Spionage-Ausrüstung (die das Gebäude von "Das Leben der Anderen" zu produzieren.
Ein 20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zum Alexander Platz auf der M5 oder M6. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein Lidl und wenig Einkaufszentrum.
Es ist nur außerhalb des Rings-Linie, so dass es nicht super zentral, aber perfekt für jemanden, der hierher kam, um ohne Ablenkung und die hohen Kosten für die Begleichung von beiden eine Wohnung und ein Atelier arbeiten zu erstellen. Die Straßenbahn fährt 24 Stunden, so feiern spät und nach Hause ist kein Problem!
Idee für Künstler! 4m hohen Decken. 4 große Fenster. Möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Küchenzeile, Tisch und Stühle, Kühlschrank, etc. Gemeinsame Duschen auf der ersten Etage.
Viele andere Künstler und eine Galerie in dem Gebäude auch.
Ich werde für 3 Monate weg sein, Rückkehr in Anfang März.
Ich benötige 2 Monate Vorsicht (Kaution).
