mit Untermietvertrag!
Sie ist ganz gut gelegen, genau zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukölln.
Mit dem Bus ist man in 5 Minuten am Rathaus Neukölln oder Herrmannplatz!
Das schlesische Tor ist fußläufig in 10 minutern erreichbar mit vielen hippen bars/clubs und restaurants.
ebenfalls fußläufig der treptower park!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen großen Balkon.
Hier kann man sehr ruhig schlafen, da es zum große Hinterhof geht, wo man tagsüber viel sonne rein bekommt!
schaut es dir einfach mal an :)
Besichtigungstermine finden Samstag nachmittag und Sonntag nachmittag statt!
Bitte dafür kurz per Mail! melden und einen Termin von mir bestätigen lassen.

It's a beautiful full furnished cozy one with a big balcony,
lots of sun in the daytime! Amazing!
It takes 5 minutes by bus to Rathaus neukölln or herrmannplatz.
and 10 minutes walk to schlesisches tor, where all the cool bars/clubs and restaurants are.
