Für meinen Urlaub überlasse ich Dir ein voll ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment (21.06.23 - 11.07.23).

Obwohl sich schon zwei Freunde beworben haben, möchte ich hier noch jemand Sympathischem die Chance geben. Deswegen schnell sein.

Schreibe etwas über Dich. Warum Du die Wohnung gerne möchtest. Und vor allem, wie wichtig für Dich mit Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind.

- die absolute Traumaussicht über Berlin

Stell Dir vor, Du sitzt morgens entspannt beim Frühstück über den Dächern Berlins. Du genießt den Ausblick auf diese lebhafte Stadt.

Du bist mittendrin im Zentrum und gleichzeitig in einem vollkommen ruhigen Wohnblock.

Wenn das für Dich ein Traum ist, dann hast Du jetzt die richtige Unterkunft gefunden.

Ausstattung:

- Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit kleiner Gefriertruhe
- Bett inklusive Bettwäsche
- großer Kleiderschrank, kleinere Kleiderschränke
- Sofa, Couchtisch
- Handtücher
- Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen
- (eventuell kann ein Fahrrad mitbenutzt werden)

Miete für 3 Wochen: 750€

Der gleiche Betrag ist auch nochmal als Kaution zu hinterlegen und wird bei ordentlicher Rückgabe der Wohnung ausgezahlt.

Rauchen verboten. Keine Haustiere. Für maximal zwei Personen.

Die wichtigste Voraussetzung, dass Du die Wohnung bekommst:

Du bist sehr ordentlich und pflegst meine Einrichtung. Du gibst die Wohnung genauso sauber zurück, wie ich sie Dir gegeben habe.
